The Williamstown Volunteer Fire Company #1 Death Fund Inc. is established to provide a death benefit to members of the Williamstown Volunteer Fire Company #1. This is one of the few benefits that a volunteer’s widow/widower receives for all of the sacrifices of their loved ones in service to the community. Each year the fund solicits donations from the people of the community we serve. These funds are supervised by the officers and trustees of the fund, and are maintained strictly for the purpose of paying the death benefit. The Williamstown Volunteer Fire Company #1 Death Fund Inc is incorporated in the state of New Jersey as a charitable non-profit corporation, and is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501C3 charitable non-profit tax exempt corporation.
